值得注意的是，Intel將會在Notebook平台中引入Core i9品牌，採用Coffee Lake-H微架構，全新Core i9-8950HK將不設鎖頻主打高階電競玩家市場，6核心、12線程並擁有12MB L3 Cache，最高TDP為45W。
Desktop方面，Intel將會新增一顆Refresh型號「Core i5-8650K」，核心時脈將會相較Core i5-8600K有所提升，令性能對比上拉開與對手的AMD Ryzen 5 1600X的距離。同時針對企業市場推出商用版Core i5-8500B及Core i7-8700B，增設vPro企業管理功能外亦會保証在市場較長的時間，對抗AMD Ryzen
Pro商用系列。
